14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item in its original condition with all tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

- 3.Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- 4.Ship the return to the address provided
- 5.Refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Italy: Approximately €6-8 via Poste Italiane
European Union: Approximately €12-15 via standard carrier

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
